Oh Chun Wei

Director | Avallis Financial

About Me

I'm a Financial Advisory Director at Avallis, where I lead strategic branding, adviser development, and the growth of a values-driven advisory team.

I joined Avallis in 2003, straight out of National University of Singapore, and built my foundation the way every good adviser should — client by client.

Today, I continue to steward long-standing client relationships, some spanning over two decades growing together with clients. Alongside this, I invest equally in developing advisers and managers who believe in purposeful, client-centric financial planning — having mentored many advisers and managers since 2009, so that more clients can be reached and served well.

My advisory work spans the full spectrum: from mass-affluent clients building their first foundations, to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients navigating complex estate planning and long-term stewardship. Over the years, I've also built significant experience serving overseas and cross-border clients, navigating multi-jurisdictional complexities with clarity and intention.

As an adviser, I remain personally committed to the clients I serve — bringing the same care and long-term thinking to their planning across multi generation as I did when I started in 2003. As a leader, I'm equally committed to empowering liked minded advisers to build meaningful, self-directed careers — through independence, autonomy, structured mentorship, and targeted coaching that equips every adviser for sustainable success.

My mission: to cultivate a high-performance culture grounded in integrity, ownership, and genuine care for clients.

📩 Open to connecting with advisers, clients, and partners who share a belief in purposeful, values-driven financial planning.
